W. Murnau\, JOURNEY INTO THE NIGHT provides a stunning showcase for the German Expressionist maestro’s innovative style. The film gives a scintillating representation of Murnau’s highly expressive lighting techniques\, while the plot—an eminent physician comes under the spell of an unscrupulous dancer—finds echoes in Murnau’s later masterpiece Sunrise. Conrad Veidt appears in a supporting role as a sinister painter\, whose entrance eerily presages Nosferatu. “This is hypnotic\, immersive cinema.” (David Bordwell) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTheater Policies\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll seats are first-come\, first-served.\n\n\n\nThe theater opens 30 minutes prior to showtime\, except for “Happy Hour” events and pre-shows when the theater opens at the listed start time.\n\n\n\nAll ages are welcome at Arkadin except for Drinkolas Cage events\, which are restricted to 21+. We follow the MPAA rating guidelines for all other films.\n\n\n\nTickets can be purchased using the BUY TICKETS link above. Upon ordering\, you will receive a confirmation email from Square.
