STL and will feature a special introduction from SPSTL’s Kate Stewart. \n\n\n\nWhen Lotte Reiniger’s THE ADVENTURES OF PRINCE ACHMED premiered in Germany on September 23\, 1926\, it was hailed as the first full-length animated film. More than seventy-five years later\, this enchanting film still stands as one of the great classics of animation — beautiful\, mesmerizing and utterly seductive. Taken from The Arabian Nights\, the film tells the story of a wicked sorcerer who tricks Prince Achmed into mounting a magical flying horse and sends the rider off on a flight to his death. But the prince foils the magician’s plan and soars headlong into a series of wondrous adventures — joining forces with Aladdin and the Witch of the Fiery Mountains\, doing battle with the sorcerer’s army of monsters and demons\, and falling in love with the beautiful Princess Peri Banu. Thrilling\, sensuous and dazzling\, this cinematic treasure has been enthralling children and film enthusiasts for generations. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTheater Policies\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll seats are first-come\, first-served.\n\n\n\nThe theater opens 30 minutes prior to showtime\, except for “Happy Hour” events and pre-shows when the theater opens at the listed start time.\n\n\n\nAll ages are welcome at Arkadin except for Drinkolas Cage events\, which are restricted to 21+. We follow the MPAA rating guidelines for all other films.\n\n\n\nTickets can be purchased using the BUY TICKETS link above. Upon ordering\, you will receive a confirmation email from Square.
