A fantasy-tinged roller-disco musical featuring ELO tunes, Busby Berkeley-style dance numbers, Gene Kelly’s final screen appearance, and Olivia Newton-John giving a lead performance so stilted it single-handedly killed her fledgling acting career, Xanadu may not have won plaudits—in fact, it racked up six Razzie nominations—nor was it a box-office success. Yet its camp value endures. With a plot that inexplicably swirls together Greek mythology, old Hollywood musicals, and roller rinks and dialogue that feels like it was written by malfunctioning AI, Xanadu has been adapted into a self-aware stage musical, but it’s the uncannily inept original that will endure in the hearts of all lovers of the divinely cheesy.

XANADU will screen twice. Indoors at 6:30 pm on 8/4 and outdoors at 9 pm on 8/5. You can select your screening when purchasing tickets.

Limited seating is available outside and is first come, first served. It is strongly recommended that you Bring Your Own Chair.
