A brand new film series, SAINT LOUIS VIDEO SOCIETY PRESENTS, launches in June with it’s first feature Pulsebeat!

The owner of a floundering health club, Roger, has to make changes to his business in order for it to survive. Though his gym attracts good looking women and men who want to pump iron, he’s threatened by a well-funded competitor. Roger and a newly hired aerobics instructor, Annie, work out together in and out of the club. Annie pushes Roger to complete in the National Aerobithon. But for Roger to even come close to winning he must overcome his fear of defeat – in front of Annie and the world.

Shot on South Beach with a $3 million dollar budget, PULSEBEAT is a passion project for it’s Miami-native creative team. The only directing credit of Marice Tobias, a trailblazer for women in the advertising industry—this charming, sexy, VHS-only release deserves to be more widely known!

Pre-show starts at 6:30pm SHARP—it’s a mix of aerobics deep cuts, trailers, and more!
