BEST IN SHOW (2000) — Outdoor dog-friendly screening!
May 24 : 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm
For one night only, Arkadin turns into BARK-adin with a dog-friendly screening on the backlot! Bring your furry friends to enjoy the greatest canine comedy known to man or pooch, BEST IN SHOW!
The all-time classic howl-out-loud mockumentary that puts dogs front and center, BEST IN SHOW follows a group of eccentric owners and their pampered pooches through the high-stakes Mayflower Dog Show. This biting satire is a loving send-up of the people who take their dogs a little too seriously. Directed by Christopher Guest (who also plays Bloodhound owner Harlan Pepper), this always delightful comedy is stacked with comedy ringers—Eugene Levy, the late Catherine O’Hara, Parker Posey, John Michael Higgins, Jane Lynch, a never-funnier Fred Willard and more!—but of course it’s their four-legged companions who truly steal the show.
No ticket required for dogs!
Please be mindful of the human and canine guests around you. We know that all dogs are good dogs, but any overly disruptive pooches will be politely asked to leave.
