Black comedy horror cult classic MOTEL HELL (1980)

September 25 : 7:00 pm 8:45 pm

“Chicken-fried Sweeney Todd snapping into a Slim Jim…a cult classic…if you want to get into 80s horror and have a lot of laughs along the way — it’s a sausage fest you won’t want to miss.” – Attack of the Drive-In

It takes all kinds of critters to make Farmer Vincent’s fritters! A creepy and black-comic hilarious horror yarn that “packs a punch that goes way beyond mere terror” (Boxoffice), Motel Hell is ’80s cult filmmaking at its finest. Rory Calhoun stars as the psychotic Vincent, whose popular products contain a special ingredient that the psychotic farmer and his sister (Nancy Parsons) would literally kill to keep a secret! Can you guess what it is? (We bet you can.) Delightfully gruesome, with an acid tongue firmly in its cheek, this gleefully schlocky chiller co-stars Cheers and Pixar regular John Ratzenberger as a punk rock drummer and legendary DJ Wolfman Jack as a televangelist. The film also happens to be one of Arkadin co-owner Keith’s mom’s favorite films of all time! Come find out why and see if this cult classic just might be your cup of meat too.

Come out early for a Cannibal Shorts pre-show starting at 6 pm, featuring a smorgasbord of human meat.
