THE X-FILES (1998) w/ X-Files Pilot pre-show

November 27 : 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

“The perfect summation of the first five seasonS! It captures everything that makes the show great: intrigue, suspicion, action, partnership, loyalty, friendship and—yes!—love.” – The Mary Sue

Enjoy some black ops this Black Friday with the greatest paranormal-investigating duo ever to grace the halls of the Hoover Building. David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson star as Mulder and Scully in this feature-length spin-off of the legendary sci-fi series. When a terrorist bomb destroys a building in Dallas, Texas, our intrepid FBI investigators are drawn into a dangerous conspiracy surpassing anything they’ve ever encountered. With the dubious assistance of a paranoid doctor (Martin Landau), Mulder and Scully risk their careers and their lives to hunt down a deadly virus which may be extraterrestrial in origin—and could destroy all life on earth. Their pursuit of truth pits them against the mysterious Syndicate, powerful men who will stop at nothing to keep their secrets safe, leading the agents from the cave in Texas, to the halls of the FBI, and finally to a secret installation in Antarctica which holds the greatest secret of all. Expanding the mythology of the show while serving as an exciting entry point to the series, The X-Files (a.k.a. The X-Files: Fight the Future) is ripping good fun.

To whet your appetite for the film, come out early for a special presentation of The X-Files’ pilot episode beginning at 6:12 pm. Doors open at 6 pm.
